There are three main projects which Singleton Parish Council are concentrating on during the New Year and these are:-
1. To continue to work with the Police and Lancashire County Council to improve road safety through the village and deter speeding motorists;
2. To improve the surface of the car park at the Village Hall;
3. To work towards improving the appearance of the Lodge Lane Lay-By.
It is hoped that residents will begin to see these improvements soon.
The Parish Council next meets on Thursday 31st January at 7.30 pm at St Anne’s Church Vestry, Singleton.
